April 19, 2010 - MFM Building Products Corporation is pleased to introduce Peel & Seal® PowerBond White 250. The product is specifically designed to tape seams on insulated aluminum panels and can be used as a flashing material for roof and gutter repair, window flashing and as a general-purpose waterproofing product.

Peel & Seal® PowerBond White 250 uses a highly aggressive Broad Temperature Spectrum asphalt adhesive that is combined with a proven UV-stable outer film to form a long-lasting protective barrier. The end result is a taped seam that prevents leaks and reduces storm water damage. The product is very aggressive, making it easy to install even at temperatures as low as 25°F.

The product is offered in 50’ rolls in both 4” and 6” widths, and in white only. The main features of Peel & Seal PowerBond White 250 are that it provides water/weather proofing, aggressively sticks to most surfaces for a sealing bond, self-seals around fasteners, conforms to odd shapes and is backed by a 12-year Limited Warranty.
